You have a few furnished areas with privacy.
On the ground floor: a living room (20 m²) with a piano and sliding window, overlooking the garden; a fully equipped kitchen (9m²), with induction fire, microwave and washing machine; a bathroom (5.5 m²) with toilet, sink and shower.
On the first floor: a bedroom of 25.5 m² with two single beds (extra cot can be provided), sitting area and desk.

Common parts

Detached house with a view of the nature reserve of the Scheldt valley at the front and a horse pasture and lots of greenery at the back.
The house is located on the road between Merelbeke-Centre and Schelderode and close to Ghent. At 8 km from Ghent-Centre, at 5 km from Ghent University (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ghent University Hospital, Technologiepark Zwijnaarde), at 7 km from Gent-Sint-Pieters station and at 4 km from the motorway.

Shared with the landlords: the passage through the private kitchenette to the garden; washing machine, covered bicycle shed, the garden (with terrace and swing). You can plant a vegetable garden. Wi-Fi. Parking space in the driveway.

The rooms are suitable for 1 or 2 adults: a single person or a couple (with a young child), a doctoral student, an exchange student, someone who likes to play the piano,…. Age, sex or origin is irrelevant. Domicile is not possible.

We rent for a minimum period of 14 days; long stays are also possible.
