A room of 2.7 m by 3 m that can perfectly accommodate a single bed and a cupboard. It's not the largest room, but the common areas are big enough for us to each do our own thing. The sit/stand desk in my bedroom can always be used if I am not working from home that day. There is a window that gives direct access to the terrace.

Common parts

I have been living in this apartment in Meerdonk for 4 months now. The apartment has 2 rooms, 1 of which is now used as a storage room (with large closet). I would like to offer this second room for co-housing together with the communal parts.

The apartment is on the first floor, has a lift and is fully furnished. Through the hallway you have access to a separate toilet, bathroom (with bath/shower with two sinks), the two rooms and the living room. The living room is spacious with a dining area, a seating area and an open kitchen (with adjacent storage space where a washing machine is available). The kitchen has an oven, air fryer, coffee machine and dishwasher.

A cat is welcome, other animals are not allowed in the rental contract.
