My room is available in our charming mansion located on the Ijzerenleen. Perfectly located in the center, so everything outside the ring is +/- 15 minutes walk. You will live together with two great housemates and everyone has their own bedroom. Our place has 3 floors. On the first floor is a large living room and kitchen with more than enough storage space. On the second floor are the first two bedrooms and the bathroom that you share with the other residents. On the third floor is the large attic and your bedroom. So you have the entire floor to yourself We are looking for a social person, we are 25 (woman) and 28 (man), who likes to have a drink with us. It is best that you are not afraid of occasional visitors because our house is the perfect central location and VIP party for Maanrock. But we certainly also value our peace and privacy because we both work and have to get up early during the week. The rent is a nice €332 per month.
