Only a few minutes from the E40, close to Leuven, Brussels and Zaventem - ideal for those who commute but want to come home to peace.

5 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath), a luxury kitchen and cozy living areas. 1 large carport for 3 cars, storage rooms and cellars.
A garden of 20 ares with fruit trees, hammocks, a trampoline, hot spring jacuzzi and infrared sauna. A separate bungalow of 100 m² with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Peace and a serene environment are important to you, and you feel at home in a harmonious living environment. You do not smoke, do not use drugs and are responsible with alcohol. In addition, you like to contribute to creating a warm and communal atmosphere in our farm.
You love animals. New pets are unfortunately not possible, because my chihuahua and two cats prefer not to have other animals in the house.

We are a group of conscious, positive pioneers with a growth mindset who love peace, connection and personal development.
Cindy (50): Serial entrepreneur, HSP, passionate about personal development and awareness. Lovingly cares for her daughter Kimya and enjoys swimming laps at David Lloyd. I am also the owner of this place.
Inge (42): Manager, vegan and passionate about healthy food and conscious living, sings like a pro, currently training as a counselor in mental health care.
Ben (61): Psychologist, vegetarian, passionate about movement and nature. Performer, plays guitar & sings, is writing his first book and commutes between Belgium and France.
Youssef (30): Engineer and family man with a big heart. Enjoys barbecues, is intuitive and always a listening ear.
Together we form a harmonious and supportive community with room for fun, growth and respect for privacy.
Our previous roommate has found her own place and her room is available from the end of May.
We are therefore looking for a new, loving member of our community.
I will be staying mostly in the bungalow so the big house and infrastructure will be shared with max 4 people.

Because of the size of the place, the age of the building (D certificate) high gas and electricity costs, the large garden of 20 ares the investment is higher than other co housings.

Natural Surroundings: Situated in the beautiful Voerstreek, ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. Protected nature reserves such as the Bertembos and the Doode Bemde are in the backyard.
Leefdaal is a charming village with a rich history, including the Sint-Lambertus church and old farms.
The big advantage is that you are in Leuven in less than 10 minutes.
Where you will find popular hotspots such as the Oude Marktplein (the "longest bar in the world") and a wide range of eateries from local to international.
Shopping and Practical: Many shops, boutiques and supermarkets, as well as a weekly market on the Ladeuzeplein.
Cultural Activities: Museums such as M-Museum Leuven, the university library, and the Groot Begijnhof (UNESCO world heritage).
