The bedrooms are on the second floor and have a nice terrace. The first room (available December 1, 2024) is very spacious and fits a double bed, a couch, and a TV (cabinets, etc. etc.) this is €450 + €95 common costs. The second room can be used as a bedroom in which a desk and closet can be placed.

Hey! I am looking for someone who wants to take over my room from December 1st in a nice cohousing in Hoboken. (25 square meters) A second room is available from January 1st 2025. (16 square meters) The house is located 10 minutes walk from Hoboken-polder station. All buses and trams to Antwerp are also within walking distance. You share a beautiful mansion with the owners (who have their own apartment and are not often seen) and two nice twenty-somethings (men) The shared spaces are the bathroom (bath/shower/toilet) in which you have your own sink and cupboard. The kitchen is a large communal space with a living area. There is a couch, table, cupboards where you can store all your stuff.
