Additional information about price or contract

The rental price is all-in and covers all costs: utilities, wifi, maintenance of common areas, fire insurance and use of shared spaces. The rooms are available from May/June 2025. A simple contract in your name is used, with the possibility of direct debit if desired. The deposit is three months' rent.
