you can choose between a bedroom of 16 m² on the 1st floor or a bedroom of 12 m² on the 2nd floor.
Price bedroom 16m² + the rooms = 600 euros + 100 euros fixed costs
Price bedroom 11m² + the rooms = 560 euros + 100 euros fixed costs

Additional costs include:
- Electricity advance (floor heating in all rooms + heat pump and solar panels)
- Water
- Internet
- Garden maintenance + cleaning lady every two weeks

Common parts

You come and live in a spacious new villa with a total area of 280 m², high ceilings and windows. There is also a nice fully enclosed garden to enjoy after a busy day.

- Hyper equipped kitchen with kitchen island + beautiful dining area
- Large bathroom with double sink, rain shower and (extra) toilet (only to be shared with the other co-houser)
