I (Charlotte, young thirties, with my son Matthias 4 years old) am looking for 2 co-housers for my house in Herent. It is a very nice and large house. A new building in a quiet play street, close to Herent Station and approximately 10 km from the center of Leuven.
I have two nice empty rooms and would like to make both of them available. What can you expect?
- a large house, 280 square meters, with a nice enclosed garden with terrace
- your own furnished room (16 square meters or 30 square meters)
- a bathroom that you only have to share with the other co-houser
- equipped kitchen
I have already had my first very pleasant experience with two other women. Now that the ladies are moving in together, I notice that I would like to co-house again. On the one hand, to be able to live affordable yet luxuriously. And on the other hand, for company at home and to organize ourselves together. I think it would be a nice idea to find a fellow mom; but single women are also welcome! It is important that you have the intention to live together and establish a permanent residence together for the long term. So if you are looking for something for only 1 year, this is not the ad for you.
The 16 square meter room comes to 600 euros
The 30 square meter room comes to 650 euros
Fixed costs are electricity, water and internet. A 100 euros.
