The rooms have been completely renovated, painted and equipped with air conditioning. If desired, furniture can also be provided (to be agreed further). Room 1 is located on the south side on the second floor. There is a large velux and a low window running the length of the wall, so it is a very bright space. Room 2 is located on the north side of the second floor and contains a mezzanine. Light also enters this room through 2 velux windows. There is also one bathroom + toilet on the second floor that can be used by the residents of these rooms. For these rooms we ask €600/month + €50/month for additional costs such as WiFi/electricity/water.

Common parts

The house is located in Ghent Muide, close to Dok Noord and with easy access to the city center and the R4.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a new microwave, oven and induction hob. There are currently no dishwasher and washing machines, but they will be available soon.
Furthermore, the house is equipped with solar-powered electricity and home automation; and a fuel oil boiler for heating the ground floor.
