On the 2nd floor there is an extra storage room and a fully furnished attic that can be used as a 4th room (possibly for a couple). (35m2)
There is a large garden with terrace and a garage at the back (included in the rent).
Next to the house there is also ample parking and a bicycle shed.

Rented to 4 friends in recent years, so ideal for cohousing, large family or to live together with friends.
