The house is a spacious, fully renovated mansion with lots of natural light and a quiet, pleasant atmosphere. The common areas are functionally furnished and are shared by three residents. There is a comfortable living room with sitting area and fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a coffee machine with beans, airfryer, croque machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, there are two bathrooms, two toilets, a separate office space, a courtyard with seating, a basement with extra storage and washing machine, and a large attic space.
Personal space
Each room is a private space of approximately 25 to 30 square meters, with lots of natural light. The rooms are finished neutrally and offer enough flexibility to furnish them according to your own taste and needs as a sleeping and working space. They are located in a quiet area of the house and therefore offer the necessary privacy within the shared living.

You would come and live with two calm and independent housemates who value an orderly and respectful living environment. Louis (27) is trained in economics and is currently combining his academic path with professional preparation for a full-time position in the business world. He likes to spend his weekends relaxing with friends or a football match. Bilel (25) is studying architecture and combines this with a part-time position. He is often outside the home and mainly present at the weekend.

Everyone has their own rhythm and daily routine, but there is room for a short conversation at the kitchen table, a shared meal or a football night in the weekend. The basic rent is 490 euros per month per room, excluding costs. This fixed rent covers the use of the home itself. Additional monthly costs include electricity, gas, water, internet, fire insurance and a biweekly cleaning service (four hours via service vouchers). Based on current energy prices and consumption, the total amount currently amounts to approximately 565.26 euros per person per month, excluding the cost of service vouchers.
The rent is concluded via an individual annual contract per resident, with the possibility of extension. Four separate contracts are therefore drawn up, with each resident being a direct co-contractor. Payments are made via a joint bank account that is managed specifically for the household. Both the monthly rent and the deposit are arranged via this account, which ensures transparency and shared responsibility.
