This beautiful, bright, and spacious room on the 2nd floor of our house will be released on June 28th. The room is part of a huge house located in the center of Ghent, right by the Old Courthouse. The house consists of 11 large bedrooms spread across three floors. In total there are 4 bathrooms that are each shared with 2 or 3 people. There is a beautiful sunny garden where you can enjoy a lovely sunset or a barbecue. The rent of the room is 868€/month and all expenses (including water, gas, internet, cleaning lady etc.) are 170€/month.
Personal space
The room is bright and clean with a highy ceiling and 3 windows. It is furnished, including a desk, a double bed, lamps, chairs and small tables. Renovated kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared between the two rooms of the attic. The kitchen is fully equipped and a smart TV is installed in the living room.
