From 1 June 2025, my room will be available in our bright and modern apartment in the Nieuwland residence, a beautiful new building between Dok-Noord and the Baudelopark. You will live there together with my lovely roommate, who is staying, in a spacious apartment with lots of comfort, light and charm. What can you expect? • A large bedroom that will be available - quiet, comfortable and perfect for relaxing. • An extra room that is ideal as a dressing or storage space for clothes, materials or hobbies. • A spacious bathroom with double sink and toilet - no morning stress. • Separate guest toilet and a large hall, which provides extra space and an open feeling. • Storage room with space for a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. • A lovely terrace that catches the sun all day - perfect for cozy aperitifs, BBQs or just a coffee in the morning sun. • Modern kitchen with recent appliances, fully equipped and ideal for those who like to cook. The apartment is not only beautiful and practical, but also very well located. A 10-minute walk takes you to the cozy streets of Oudburg, and from there you can easily reach the Vrijdagmarkt and all the terraces in the center. The neighborhood is quiet, but at the same time super central. The rent is €690 per month, fixed costs included. Heating is via the city's heating network, which keeps consumption low. Electricity comes to an average of around €30 per month. A parking space is included in the price.
