From October 1st, my sister and I are looking for 1 roommate to co-house. Domiciliation is mandatory. Your new home is a new-build terraced house with a city garden. There is underfloor heating. The house is within walking distance of Sint-Annaplein/Zuid and Dampoort Station is 2km away. You can park in the street and there is very good access to the ring road. We are adjacent to the Lousbergpark The common areas such as living room, kitchen, storage room, garden, ... are of course shared. When entering the house there is a storage room / bicycle shed and toilet. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, ...) The room is very bright due to the large sliding window that has access to the garden. The garden has sun in the afternoon. On the first floor there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) that opens onto the roof terrace and a storage room with connection for washing machine and dryer.
