Spoken languages: Dutch + English **One person is a foreign Master student "Marine Biology" UGent (short stay 7 months) **DOMICILE IMMEDIATELY UPON MOVEMENT 100% MANDATORY. **NO RESPONSE FROM OUR CO HOUSING IF PERSONS DO NOT WANT TO PLACE THEIR DOMICILE. **Only Phd or Master students are eligible with a minimum stay of 6/7/1y/1y+> months. NO 1,2,3 months possible, also for no other reasons for short stay, this is NOT a HOTEL OR AIR BNB. THIS IS OUR HOME. **Hard requirement: domiciliation -> no domiciliation --> no possibility to rent (after several problems with non-payment of invoices)
