You get a very spacious and bright room (+/-25m2) with a large comfortable bed (1m80).

We are looking for a new resident for the largest room in a cozy and authentic house a stone's throw from Boekenbergpark (Deurne South).
You share the house with 2 boys (23 and 25). One is still studying, the other is now working (and will soon be leaving).
The spacious living room, bathroom (with bath and shower) and kitchen are shared. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
You can also enjoy the pleasant city garden in good weather.
A bicycle can be stored in the hall, veranda or garden.

Renters liability insurance required.
