I am looking for someone to take over my spacious and bright room in a coliving house with young professionals in St. Gilles (near Parvis). The private space has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. It has huge windows, is bright and comfy. The bed is 120x200m.

Common parts

The amazing house has 16 bedrooms, offers huge common spaces designed and furnished by architects and designers (open kitchen, living room with sound system and projector, dining area, terrace with barbecue, co-working space, laundry room, storage room) and last but not least: the best flatmates :) The house is fully furnished and equipped.

Weekly cleaning of the common spaced, all basic household supplies, maintenance service and monthly events with a great coliving community are included. There is a one-time application fee of 100 €.

A house viewing is possible online or on-site. As I am moving out the last weekend in July, it would be possible to move in some days before August.
