THUUS - Unique project in Bornem, Louis Segersstraat 102 – small-scale, for four people.
Paul (63) and Simona (53) are already the first residents since 01/01.
Grete (40) will join them on 01/03.

Quiet 'sharing a home or living together' in Bornem, close to nature reserve and forest.
The train station is less than 2 km away, as is the lively center.

This project, THUUS, was created to offer single people a very comfortable living accommodation, with a lot of privacy and also the possibility to live, cook, relax with fellow residents, ...

According to mutual agreements and commitments, social contact, homely atmosphere and yet with the necessary privacy.
The house has four bedrooms and living rooms, all about 30m2.
Each room has its own bathroom (with shower and toilet), a mini-kitchenette and built-in cupboards for storage and clothes.
A lot of attention has been paid to sound insulation between the rooms and also very good thermal insulation and super ventilation system, EPB with A label.
A healthy indoor climate through many natural materials and a lot of wood.
In common there is a large living room and open kitchen with a view of the garden and the terrace.
Three fixed available parking spaces, storage for bicycles, racks,…
'House together' means making mutual agreements and entering into a commitment to be able to live together respectfully, with the necessary freedom.
Casual and cozy with everyone the space for his / her own life, wishes and expectations.
Preferably working people who already have life experience, have a certain ecological awareness, are flexible, honest and orderly.
Age is less important, please be open minded and young at heart and mind.
