We are looking for a new housemate now that the current housemate is embarking on an exciting new chapter. The house is located near Kruger National Park (Borgerhout), and the room is available from April. The house consists of four floors with a city garden. Parking is not included (street parking is possible), and it has an EPC label B (including solar panels). Street: Gijselsstraat, 2140 Borgerhout, near Kruger National Park, Turnhoutsebaan, and several supermarkets within walking distance. The Zegel tram stop (lines 10 and 8) is within walking distance. City bikes and bicycle storage are available nearby. Charges include insurance, water, electricity/gas, cleaning (biweekly), and unlimited fiber internet. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and two refrigerators. Other areas: living and dining room, spacious basement, bathroom with washing machine and dryer, separate guest toilet, basement storage (possibility to store a racing bike inside) and city garden (with lounge and outdoor table)
