Room for rent in a renovated apartment in a small building with 6 apartments (3 floors - top floor, no elevator). My roommate is staying until the end of October, so I am looking for a new roommate (F/X) from November 1st. Below I will try to give an overview, but feel free to send an email if you have any questions. Common areas: - Bathroom: shower, washbasin, built-in cupboard for towels, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner... - Separate toilet (with washbasin) - Kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, gas hob, combi oven - living room/dining room: TV (I have Apple TV and watch TV via the channels' apps, no cable subscription) Parking space in the garage can be rented for 40 euros per month.
