Private room that becomes available is at the back of the building, with a view of the terrace and the terrace of our neighbors. 15m² and lots of light with wooden floor. House was renovated 4 years ago so perfectly fine!

📦🏡 My 2 best friends are moving after 3,5 years of being very happy in the Everaertsstraat 116! I know their house like no other and would like to come and live here together with a nice roommate.

Two floors, two bedrooms in a modern mansion in 2060, 120 m2 and EPC B. 📸 What you don't see in the photos is the entrance hall where you can lose your bike, a separate toilet downstairs, and a gigantic basement with connection for a washing machine. Landlords are incredibly nice people and also your neighbors, always nearby if something needs to be solved. The wonderful sisters [@estersts] and [@hannests] live in the apartment upstairs. Oh, and in the summer the terrace is of course covered by the neighbour's wisteria! [#sellingpoint] 🌿☀️
