The city is easy to reach via the pedestrian tunnel, it takes about 8 minutes by bike.
A little more about the house:
Ground floor: Entrance hall, toilet, laundry room, garage (so space to safely store your bicycle) and 1 bedroom.
1st floor: The beating heart of the house with an open kitchen including cooking island, dining table and sitting area.
There is also a large terrace with a view of the Galgenweel at the front and a smaller terrace at the back of the house.
2nd floor: Bathroom (with bath), separate shower room and 4 bedrooms.
