I rent out the next bedroom (see photos). Both furnished and unfurnished is possible. It is a 2-minute walk from Handel metro station. (And Handel metro station is 3 stops from Central Station.) Resident card for a car and domiciliation are possible. In addition to your own spacious room (16m2), there is also the living room, kitchen, bathroom, dresser (which you share with me) and an attic/cellar to possibly store things. Important: there is also a cat in the house. The all-in price is 725 euros, with everything included. (Electricity, water, gas, internet, cleaning help every 2 weeks, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.) There is also a washing machine and dishwasher.
